What makes us so special?
Italian chefs, provenance, patience, passion and pride! Squisito, (pronounced skwiˈzi.to), translates to delicious. Our mission is to ensure you savour the taste of Italy with friends and family in your home.
Our dough is made fresh daily and left to rest 48 hours to achieve the right structure and texture for our pizza chef to hand flatten and toss the dough into a thin crust pizza. Pizzas are cooked in a hot stone oven. The sauces for our pizza and pasta are cooked to Italian recipes; our rotisserie chicken is marinated in Italian herbs; we cook topside beef for our pizza topping, panini and pasta dishes; our starters and salads are made to order using fresh ingredients.
